NEEDED: Screen Print / automatic press OPERATOR

KSP IS IN SEARCH OF a full-time machine operator/print specialist. Our machine operators are responsible for setting up and operating our ROQ screen printing machines as directed. Digital artwork is loaded from a computer system and we make screens in house. Orders are produced, reviewed for quality, and packed for shipping. Must be orderly, pay attention to detail, work efficiently, and be able to see color. Willingness to learn and an eager attitude. training for our easy-to-use roq machines will be provided. 

 

Responsibilities

● Screen print garments on an Automatic Screen Printing press 

● prepare screens and print production

● Ensure high quality garments are produced 

● Keep a clean and orderly work area 

● Communicate clearly with supervisor and other team members 

● Apply any training to work practices 

 

Qualifications

● 3-5 years of experience (preferred) 

● High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) 

● Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs. 

● Ability to stoop, reach, handle, & manipulate objects and materials

● Must possess basic computer skills 

● Detail oriented 

● Knowledge or experience of print decoration a plus 

● Experiencing in shipping and receiving also a plus 

● Is energetic, can maintain a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team environment

● Must be dependable, trustworthy, and honest with an open mind

 

40 hours/week - $13-$17/hr for qualified applicants

NEEDED:Screen Print team members / Production Workers 

Prepare orders for production and tear down/clean up after job production. Assist and learn all aspects of the screen printing process in a safe and efficient manner. Ability to learn processes of production, flow, and automatic press operation. A positive work ethic is a must. An eye for detail, reliability and excellent communication skills are required. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.

Responsibilities

● Prepare orders for production and prepare screens with our automated system

● Cleanup machinery and reclaim (clean) screens for future use 

● Ensure high quality garments are produced 

● Keep a clean and orderly work area 

● Communicate clearly with supervisor and other team members 

● Apply training to work practices 

● Attention to detail for quality control

● WILL ASSIST SHIPPING / RECEIVING WHEN NEEDED 

Qualifications

● High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) 

● Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs. 

● Ability to stoop, reach, handle, & manipulate objects and materials 

● Must possess basic computer skills 

● Detail oriented 

● Knowledge or experience of print decoration a plus 

● Experiencing in shipping and receiving also a plus 

● Is energetic, can maintain a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team environment

● Must be dependable, trustworthy, and honest with an open mind

 

40 hours/week - $10 - $14/hr for qualified applicants
