Our Order Process // What to Expect Along the Way
To get started with us, simply fill out the quote request form, which outlines your desired project type, quantity, and special notes.
An account manager will be assigned to your request and reach out via your preferred contact method (phone or email) to review project details , collect your deposit, and to gather design resources.
After we receive your deposit and necessary design resources, your project is officially added to our art queue.
Our exceptionally talented designers then draft your design and mock it up on one of your desired garment types. If modifications or changes need to be made, we include up to 3 design revisions within each project.
Once you have approved your design(s), we then transition to garment selection and procurement.
Customer are provided with online catalogs, featuring the top names in apparel: Gildan, Hanes, Richardson, OGIO, New Era, BELLA + CANVAS, District and many, many more!
Following review and approval of final garment quantities, styles, and colors, your order moves into the production phase.
We pride ourselves in offering rapid turnaround times of less than two weeks (pending selected garment availability).
